CiS Facilitator Training
This 3 session training course will prepare you to facilitate Conversations in the Spirit for small groups both in-person and virtually. The sessions provide an overview of the Conversation in the Spirit method, the role of the small group Facilitator and a demonstration conversation. You will learn the Conversation process and flow and how to successfully guide a Conversation in the Spirit for your community and as part of our global Conversation events.

Session Three: Fishbowl Conversation
This “fishbowl” conversation is a shortened version of a full Conversation in the Spirit among four participants and a facilitator. You are encouraged to watch the conversation, follow the script and imagine yourself as the facilitator.
